Shipping and Delivery Policy

Domestic

  1. Shipping is free for orders above INR 1000                                          

  2. For orders below INR 1000 we have a flat rate of INR 100 as shipping charges

  3. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing             the order. In case of any modification, kindly drop us a mail at chigurucollections@gmail.com as soon as you place the order

  4. Order will be delivered between 7-10 working days

 

International

  1. Anywhere outside India shipping charges are INR 2500 for order value less than INR 12000, free shipping if order value is above INR 12000

  2. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing             the order. In case of any modification, kindly drop us a mail at chigurucollections@gmail.com as soon as you place the order

  3. Order will be delivered within 7-10 working days

 

Our delivery partners are India Post and DTDC.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation 

In case of any cancellation please write to us before the product is shipped, once we ship the products then shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns/Refund/Exchange

  1. If you wish to exchange any item(s) purchased, you can return the item(s) via post to our online store address (given below) within 7 days from the date of receipt of your Product.

  2. Return postage costs & exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received at Chigurucollections.

  3. Once we receive the item(s) to be returned, we shall initiate the exchange or refund at our end.  We will not be able to initiate return or refund if the product does not reach us within 7 working days.

 

Please note that most of our products are hand crafted resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The beauty of handloom products is in the unevenness of product. The product colour on the screen might vary with the original product due to photo-shoot. We ensure that it is as close to being realistic.
